Our wedding will be held at Virginia Park Lodge in County Cavan, Ireland. The entire celebration will take place on site, so once you arrive, you can settle in and relax.

For guests traveling from the U.S. or elsewhere, the easiest airport is Dublin Airport. The lodge is about an hour away by car.

For travel within Ireland, we recommend renting a car or arranging a taxi. Please note that in Ireland, vehicles drive on the left-hand side of the road, which may differ from what you are used to. Additional details can be found on the Travel page of our website.

Yes, accommodation is available on site at Virginia Park Lodge for both Saturday and Sunday nights, with capacity for up to 132 guests. A range of accommodation options is available, including rooms in the Main House, Courtyard Cottages, Shepherd’s Huts, and Woodland Cabins. We’ll share more information on onsite room options and allocations during the second week of September, so please check back here then. We’ll also provide details on additional accommodation options nearby.

We kindly ask guests to dress in formal wedding attire. As the celebration will take place throughout the grounds of Virginia Park Lodge, we recommend keeping the setting in mind when choosing your footwear, while dressing for the occasion.

Yes, there is plenty of parking available. A member of the Lodge team will be in front of Reception, directing you where to park.

If your invitation includes a guest, they’ll be listed on your invite. We've thoughtfully planned our guest list, so we kindly ask that you only RSVP for those listed.

We know many of you are traveling from overseas to celebrate with us, and we couldn’t be more grateful. We also completely understand that bringing your children may be an important part of making the trip possible. We want to be as flexible and accommodating as we can for those traveling from afar, so if you have any questions about bringing your children, please reach out to us directly.

When you RSVP, please let us know about any dietary requirements or allergies so we can make sure you’re well looked after on the day. Virginia Park Lodge, owned by chef Richard Corrigan and known for its wonderful food, will be serving a set menu for our wedding.

Day 2 is a relaxed continuation of the wedding celebrations. It’s a chance to unwind, catch up, and enjoy a laid back day together with a BBQ, drinks, live music and lawn games. We have the estate for Sunday night too, so we’d love for you to stay the night if you can and enjoy the day with us without having to rush off. A Day 2 is very common at Irish weddings and one of our favorite parts of weddings we’ve been to there!
